Website Terms

Last updated: September 30, 2026. These terms govern use of wotwp.com and requests submitted through WotWP. WotWP is operated by WotAI.

Informational website

WotWP provides general information about WordPress-to-static-site assessment and migration services. Website content is for general business information and is not legal, tax, security, accessibility, SEO, or other professional advice. Examples, targets, samples, and descriptions are illustrative unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Candidate-site requests

When you submit the candidate-site form, you agree that:

  • the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you have authority to share the public URL and request a review;
  • WotAI may perform a read-only review of pages and resources available to the public without logging in; and
  • you will not submit passwords, access tokens, private keys, confidential credentials, unlawful material, or information you are not authorized to share.

The instant check is an automated, read-only review of publicly accessible pages at the address you enter. Only ask for a check of a site you have authority to share. It describes what the public pages showed at that moment.

The check gives a fit result: a good fit, needs a closer look, or probably not a fit. The fit result is based only on what the public pages show, such as whether the site sells products, has a members-only area, or uses a feature that has to be rebuilt, and how many pages and posts it has. It is not a score or a judgment of the site’s quality, and a person still reviews every request.

The check also shows a price, calculated from the pages and posts it counted at the rates published on the homepage. A price the check shows holds for 30 days from the check. When the check could not count every page, or you choose an option priced after a design brief, the price shown is a starting price, and the final price is confirmed before you pay anything. A site larger than the published rates cover is quoted personally.

Do not send WordPress, hosting, domain, DNS, analytics, or any other password through the form. The public-site review authorization does not permit WotAI to enter non-public systems, make changes to the site, or act on behalf of the site owner.

No acceptance or client relationship

A form submission is a request for a preliminary review, not an offer that WotAI is required to accept. WotAI may decline, pause, or ask for more information, including for a site the check called a good fit. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, eligibility, availability, timing, migration feasibility, performance, search rankings, accessibility results, or any other outcome.

No client, agency, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship begins when you visit the website, submit the form, receive a confirmation, or discuss a possible project. Paid work begins only when you accept WotAI’s written terms for it. Those terms control that work and take priority if they conflict with these website terms.

Referral fee

If you build sites for clients and introduce a site owner to WotWP, WotAI pays you a referral fee of 10% of the conversion price the owner pays, once the owner’s new site has been live for 30 days. To qualify, the introduction has to reach WotWP through the instant check or the request form, with “I build sites for clients” as your relationship, before the owner places an order.

The fee is paid once per site. It is calculated on the conversion price the owner actually paid, less any refund, and not on hosting or other monthly charges. It is not paid when the site does not go live, or when someone else has already introduced the same site. WotAI confirms the details with you by email before paying.

Your submissions

You keep ownership of information and content you submit. You give WotAI a limited permission to use it to process the request, perform the authorized public-site review, communicate with you, protect the service, and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not include confidential or privileged material in the candidate form. Handling a submission under the Privacy Policy does not create a separate confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement.

WotWP content and brand

The website’s design, text, graphics, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to WotAI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. WotWP and WotAI names, logos, and other brand identifiers may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

You may view and make reasonable internal copies of publicly available website content for evaluating WotWP’s services. No other right or license is granted unless WotAI agrees in writing.

Prohibited use

You may not:

  • use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person’s rights;
  • probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website or its security controls;
  • submit malicious code, deceptive information, spam, or credentials;
  • use automated access in a way that unreasonably burdens the service or ignores technical restrictions; or
  • misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or permission to submit a site.

Third-party services and links

The website relies on third-party services such as Cloudflare, Google Workspace, Attio, Google Analytics, and PostHog, and may link to other websites. Third parties control their own services, availability, content, and privacy practices. A link does not imply WotAI endorses or controls the third party. Review the relevant third-party terms before using their services.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and preliminary public-site review are provided “as is” and “as available.” WotAI does not promise that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. A public review is limited by what can be observed without credentials and may not reveal plugins, hosting configuration, private content, internal workflows, security issues, or other non-public conditions.

Nothing in these terms limits promises expressly made in a later written client agreement.

Reasonable limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, WotAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of this informational website or reliance on a preliminary review, including lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. You remain responsible for decisions made before a separate written agreement and for maintaining appropriate backups, access controls, approvals, and professional advice.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

WotAI may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, services, or law. The revised terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent a dispute may be brought in court, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, and any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
